Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply for online orders only.
All Wesley-Barrell (Witney) Ltd items are sold subject to these terms and conditions. We advise you to print and retain a copy for your records. Terms and conditions are governed by English law and both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.
Placing your order
When you place your order, we will require:
- Name Card holders’ billing address Delivery address (if different to billing address)
- Email address Credit/debit card number and card issue and expiry date (card details are secure and not retained)
- Contact telephone number(s)
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase in Pounds Sterling and is inclusive of VAT. Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it, subject to your rights of cancellation (see below). Once your order has been despatched, the completion of the contract between Wesley-Barrell (Witney) Ltd and yourself takes place.
We may not be able to fulfil any obligations due to the following reasons:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- Customers who fail to reach any order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions.
Should there be a problem with your order you will be contacted by our online sales team at the earliest opportunity.
Delivery charges
The following minimum charging structure will apply
- Post (National UK) - £5.00
- Courier – (National) small parcel - £10.00 (Saturday am service available England & Wales only))
- Courier – (National) large parcel - £20.00 (Saturday am service available England and Wales only))
- Van – (UK mainland post codes only) 1 person delivery £50
- Van – (UK mainland post codes only) 2 person delivery £95
If an order consists of multiple items then the highest delivery charge only will apply. Some products may attract additional weight or packaging surcharge. This is indicated at the item page. Total delivery charges will be clearly indicated in your shopping bag prior to check out. For van deliveries to mainland Scotland an additional £95.00 charge will be made. For delivery to the Isle of Wight or Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or off shore Scottish postcodes please contact our online sales team at online@wesley-barrell.co.uk or by telephone on 01993 893100. Delivery is free on orders over £1,500 in value for all UK mainland postcodes. On delivery options 2 and 3, the courier service, you can request a Saturday morning delivery before 1.00pm which attracts an additional £20.00 surcharge. This service is available for mainland England and Wales only.

Delivery disclaimer
For larger items our delivery team will assess whether they can physically manoeuvre the item and will be happy to place it in the room you require, providing the items pass freely through the spaces provided. It is your responsibility to ensure furniture or larger pieces pass freely through doors, passageways, stairs and awkward corners or turns. All our products have clear dimensions. Should you find a piece does not fit through your access ways we will not be able to refund your delivery charge – please see our returns policy below.
Returns
Whilst we hope you will be delighted with your order, we understand that you may want to return some items. You have up to 7 days from receipt to contact us. When returning goods you should ensure that they are returned to us unused in the original packaging and in the condition in which you received them. Please contact us at online@wesley-barrell.co.uk or by telephone on 01993 893100 to arrange collection. Our standard delivery charges will apply for this service. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in a ‘returns’ transport. We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card. Liability Except for death or personal injury caused by Wesley-Barrell (Witney) Ltd’s negligent acts or omissions, Wesley-Barrell (Witney) Ltd shall only be liable for any loss or damage which is a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach of this agreement. Nothing mentioned in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights in the unlikely event that the goods do not meet a standard requirement by law.
