Delivery & Returns
These delivery and returns policies apply to online orders only.
Delivery charges for online orders:
The following minimum charging structure will apply:
1. Post (National UK) - £5.00
2. Courier – (England & Wales) small parcel - £10.00 (Saturday am service available)
3. Courier – (England & Wales) large parcel - £20.00 (Saturday am service available)
4. Van – (England mainland post codes only) 1 person delivery £50
5. Van – (England mainland post codes only) 2 person delivery £95
If an order consists of multiple items then the highest delivery charge only will apply. Some products may attract additional weight or packaging surcharge. This is indicated at the item page. Total delivery charges will be clearly indicated in your shopping bag prior to check out.
For delivery to the Isle of Wight or Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or off shore Scottish postcodes please contact our online sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 01993 893100.
Delivery is free on orders over £1,500 in value for all England mainland postcodes. On options 2 and 3, the courier service, you can request a Saturday morning delivery before 1.00pm which attracts an additional £20.00 surcharge. This service is available for mainland England and Wales only.
We do not accept online orders for delivery outside the UK please contact us regarding your enquiry at: email@example.com or by telephone on 01993 893100.
For larger items our delivery team will assess whether they can physically manoeuvre the item and will be happy to place it in the room you require, providing the items pass freely through the spaces provided. It is your responsibility to ensure furniture or larger pieces pass freely through doors, passageways, stairs and awkward corners or turns. All our products have clear dimensions. Should you find a piece does not fit through your access ways we will not be able to refund your delivery charge – please see our returns policy below.
Returns of online orders Whilst we hope you will be delighted with your order, we understand that you may want to return some items. For online orders, you have up to 7 days from receipt to contact us.
When returning goods you should ensure that they are returned to us unused in the original packaging and in the condition in which you received them. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 01993 893100 to arrange collection. Our standard delivery charges will apply for this service. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in a ‘returns’ transport. We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
