The Wesley-Barrell 15 year Frame Construction and 10 year Springing Guarantee

Your Wesley-Barrell upholstered furniture has been built to a high standard of craftmanship, using only the finest materials, to last many years.

This guarantee of quality underlines the company's faith in it's Products, and is valid for 15 years on frame construction and 10 years on springing components.

The Guarantee

Wesley-Barrell's fully upholstered furniture range carries a 15-year frame construction and 10-year springing component guarantee.

This guarantee starts from the date of delivery and covers Wesley-Barrell produced frames, seat and back springing components (including flexible webbing) against faulty workmanship and/or faulty materials.

Guarantee Exclusions

The Wesley-Barrell 15-year frame and 10-year springing guarantee does not cover, bed and recliner mechanisms, mattresses, all fillings and coverings.

This guarantee does not cover fair wear and tear, neglect, abuse or misuse of your goods, loss or damage (including rusting and corrosion) due to unreasonable exposure to water or weather; loss or damage due to fire, smoke, explosion, lightning, sunlight, infestation by animals or boring insexts, or theft, or accidental damage or loss caused by a third party.

Claims Under the Guarantee

In the event of a claim under guarantee occurring, please contact our Customer Services team (01993 893111) with the following information; your sales invoice number, your address and contact details and a summary of the problem.

We will endeavour to repair the defective goods.  If a repair is not possible you will be offered a credit note at a depreciated value of the original purchase price towards a replacement.  If a suitable replacement is not available you will be offered a depreciated refund.

We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or other financial loss or damage arising out of defective goods, over and above the value of the goods themselves.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our guarantee is limited to goods sold and retained in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland), and used solely for private and domestic purposes.
