We are recruiting for an Assistant Customer Services Support / Accounts Trainee, covering all general administrative assistance to retail and CSD operations as well as learning the fundamentals within the accounting department.


As an Assistant Customer Services Support / Accounts Trainee, your main duties and responsibilities will include:


  • Answering customers' telephone queries, ensuring all concerns are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Raise complaint files where necessary
  • Advise customers of the progress on their orders and whether the delivery time will be exceeded or is likely to be exceeded
  • Highlight any delayed orders to ensure they are given manufactoring priority
  • Maintain individual case files
  • Carry out weekly checks on all live orders and update each order with information received
  • Maintain an efficient filing system
  • Telephone customers to arrange a convenient delivery time
  • Assist in updating the customer database
  • To assist with the accounts department and learn about the day-to-day activities
  • Assist with sales ledgers


You'll need to be able to succeed in a unique environment, and be prepared to be very hands on.  You'll need to be energetic and capable of working at pace.
