We are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk, covering all aspects of maintaining relationships with vendors and the purchase ledger.
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Processing supplier invoices
Processing payments by cheque and BACs
Post payments to the purchase ledger
Liaising with suppliers
Processing shop expenses
Perform month end procedures
Summarise rent and service charge schedules
You'll need to be able to succeed in a unique environment, and be prepared to be very hands on. You'll need to be energetic and capable of working at pace. You are likely to be already working in, or have had recent experience of purchase ledger clerk.
