Delivery charges -
The following minimum charging structure will apply
- Post (National UK) - £5.00
- Courier – (National) small parcel - £10.00
- Courier – (National) large parcel - £20.00
- Courier – (National) fragile parcel - £20.00
- Van – (England & Wales mainland post codes only) 1 person delivery - £50 for furniture orders of £750 or above
- Van – (England & Wales mainland post codes only) 2 person delivery - £95 for furniture orders of £750 or above
- Direct delivery from our supplier - £20
If an order consists of multiple items then the largest delivery charge only will apply. Some products may attract an additional weight or packaging surcharge and this is indicated at the item page. Total delivery charges will be clearly indicated in your shopping basket prior to check out. Delivery is free on furniture orders over £8,000 (excluding 'sold as seen' items) when arranged within our standard weekday delivery schedule to mainland English postcodes. An additional charge may apply for van deliveries to mainland Scotland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or off shore Scottish postcodes - you will be contacted by our online sales team for a quote. We do not accept online orders for delivery outside the UK please contact us regarding your enquiry at: firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 01993 893111 for further help and information.
For larger items our delivery team will assess whether they can physically manoeuvre the item and will be happy to place it in the room you require, providing the items pass freely through the spaces provided. It is your responsibility to ensure furniture or larger pieces pass freely through doors, passageways, stairs and awkward corners or turns. All our products have clear dimensions and if you required additional help place contact our online team.
Returns (excluding furniture made to order & clearance items)
Whilst we hope you will be delighted with your order, we understand that you may want to return some items. You have up to 14 days from receipt to contact us. When returning goods you should ensure that they are returned to us unused in the original packaging and in the condition in which you received them. Please contact us at email@example.com or by telephone on 01993 893111 to arrange collection. Our standard delivery charges will apply for this service. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in a ‘returns’ transport. We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
Upholstered furniture made to order
Please note that your right to return items within 14 days does not apply to items that are made to order for you nor for sold as seen clearance items, for which we are unable to accept returns or give refunds. This does not affect your legal rights in relation to any products that are faulty or not as described.
For orders placed instore
Customers have 7 days 'grace' to cancel an order and receive a full refund of the deposit paid if no materials have been received and no work has been started. However, after this time Wesley-Barrell will not cancel any orders and no monies will be refunded. Customers are only entitled to a full refund if the piece of furniture has been made incorrectly, i.e. incorrect fabric used or if the piece has been manufactured to the wrong dimensions. In the event of the piece being damaged during delivery, Wesley-Barrell will repair/replace the item within a reasonable period of time.
